Bulk Trash – A Waste Management Solution

Whether your community is a luxury apartment complex or an assisted living facility, Bulk Trash with dumpster monitoring could save you a lot of cash.

Ally Waste valets will monitor dumpsters 3-5 times per week to make sure no overflows are taking place. Many cities charge by the pound for their dumpster waste collection. If one dumpster is overflowing and another isn’t in your complex, we will go the extra mile to level out the waste so no overage charges are billed to you from the city trash facility.

If bulk trash is noticed (couches, appliances, bed frames, etc.) our valets quietly remove and dispose of the items off-site.

Like our Valet Trash, our Bulk Trash employees will walk the grounds of the complex to ensure loose trash is disposed of.

We work with Property Managers to ensure that our service pays for itself… instead of needing 3 trash pickup days from your local Waste Manager, our service allows your community to cut back on pickups while receiving the added benefit of a cleaner parking lot and overall facility.

Valets also sweep around the dumpsters to make sure the area is clean and obstruction-free.
